How do I make a purchase?

- Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart; The button comes within each product page.

- When your order is complete, click on Finish Order, that will take you to a page where you can fill out your shipping information.

- We will present you six payment options: PayPal, Kueski Pay, Aplazo, Payment with credit and debit card, Payment in OXXO PAY with Cash and Electronic Transfer (SPEI). Choose the most convenient one for you.

- Then the page will appear with the confirmation of your order and you will receive the confirmation email.

* If you chose cash payment at OXXO or SPEI, the shipment will not be processed until you have made the payment at a branch or by SPEI transfer.

* On some occasions we will contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm your order before shipping it.

What packages do you use?

- For national shipments they are sent through parcel services, Estafeta, RedPack or SCM.

- For shipments in Monterrey, they are sent through the 99-minute parcel service

- For shipments in San Pedro Garza García they are sent through one of our Idol Beauty drivers.

- For international shipments they are sent through FedEx

* If the destination to be sent does not have the parcel we use, normally the most convenient one will be selected, it may be RedPack, Estafeta, or another available one. When you receive your tracking number, we will tell you which one it was sent by.

Can I choose another package?

If you require us to send your order through another specific package, I ask you to send us an email to indicating the reason why you need to change it. There we will tell you if we can make the change.

What are the accepted payment methods?

-Payment through Paypal, with credit or debit card, using American Express, Mastercard or Visa. We guarantee that your purchase is safe. Paypal is a reliable company that supports the buyer:

If you place an order for more than $899 pesos, shipping is free.

If your order is less than $899 pesos, shipping is $99 pesos.

If your order is international, the shipping cost is $760 pesos (United States and Canada only).

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Once your order is placed, your order may take 24 to 72 business hours to be processed and packaged. Our packages usually take between 5 and 7 business days to be delivered. You can track it with the number that we will provide you in your email.

*IMPORTANT* In cases such as new collection launches, Hot Sale, Buen Fin or Christmas season, it is possible that the time to process and pack your package will be longer due to high demand.
